                                            is dreaming of a giraff

                                                 A lady in Mexico
                              is waiting for the bus in the morning mist

                                                A girl in New York
                                   rolls over in bed with a warm smile


                                                   A boy in Rome
                       winks at morning sunlight on the column capital


                                                         Always


                                   we are having morning somewhere
                                                    on this earth


                              We pass the morning around the world
                                       From longitude to longitude
                                  As taking turn to protect the earth 


                               Listen carefully before you fall asleep
                      somewhere far away the alarm clock is going off 


                                   That is a confirmation of which
                            somebody caught the morning you throw
