Right Here, Right Now

To the virgins, to make mucｈ of time.
乙女らよ、時を惜しめ




Gather ye rose-buds while ye may:
Old time is still a-flying;
And this same flower that smiles to-day,
To-morrow will be dying.

年若き日に、薔薇のつぼみを摘みなさい。
古いときは、今も過ぎ行く。
今日笑って咲いているその花も
明日には枯れてしまうだろう。



tye glorious lamp of heaven, the sun,
The higher he's a-geting,
The sooner will his rase be run,
And nearer he's to seting.

天国に輝く灯、太陽も
より高く昇れば
それだけ早く降りてくる。
沈む時も近い。



That age is best, whici is the first,
When youth and blood are warmer;
But being spent, the worse and wrost,
Times will succeed the former.

一番よい時は、そのはじめの時。
若さと血潮の熱いとき。
無駄にすごせば、しおれるばかり。
時は昔に帰らない。



Then be not coy, but use your time,
And while ye may, go marry;
For having lost but once your prime,
You may for eｖer tarry.

はにかんでないで、若い時を楽しみなさい。
そうして、早く結婚を。
花の盛りを過ぎたなら、
いつまでもただ待ち続けるだけ。
